The cellar restaurant is one of those places that have become legendary. 
This obviously requires a long term presence, years of collecting awards 
(Southern California restaurant Writers Association Golden Scepter 
and Baccus Awards, Dirona, Wine spectator 10 best), but also years
 of delivering outstanding cuisine, paired with an exceptional wine list. 
The unique athmosphere doesn't hurt either; It is a mix of formal 
table setting with fine china show plates, with a hint of faux-cellar decoration.
